Made in Turkey
THE FUTURE OF CONSTRUCTION IS BUILT IN Turkey
TURKEY
Designed and manufactured in Turkey, Nexa modular homes bring engineering, steel construction and factory production together in one coordinated process.
STEEL
Each modular home is built around a precisely assembled steel structural frame, forming a strong and consistent core for the complete building system.
CHECKED
Steel structural members are positioned, aligned and verified throughout production for controlled and consistent assembly.
JOINED
Carefully detailed steel-to-steel connections bring the structural components together as one coordinated modular frame.
BUILT
Production takes place in a controlled factory environment in Turkey, allowing structure, envelope and architectural components to progress within one coordinated workflow.
FINISHED
Glazing, façade elements, doors and architectural finishes are integrated around the steel structure before the module leaves production.
READY
Built in Turkey and prepared for delivery, the completed modular home moves from controlled factory production toward its final destination.
MADE WITH PURPOSE
Built Here. Ready for Anywhere.
Our production in Turkey brings design, engineering and craftsmanship into one coordinated process — creating modular homes with greater control from the first component to final delivery.
From Material to Modular Home
One coordinated production flow turns individual components into a factory-completed Nexa Modular House.

THE MATERIALS
What are Nexa Modular Solutions homes made of?
98% organic, sustainably sourced materials. The system includes: structural timber frame, ultra-efficient wood-fiber insulation, airtightness membranes, triple-glazed windows, and exterior cladding (Yakisugi charred wood or Lunawood Thermowood). Every layer is selected for thermal performance, health safety, and environmental impact.
All primary materials are sourced from certified European suppliers, ensuring full traceability and compliance with EU environmental standards.
Where do Nexa Modular Solutions materials come from?
From certified partners across the European Union. Our supply chain spans multiple EU countries, from Germany and Austria for insulation and ventilation systems, to Finland for Lunawood Thermowood cladding, to Romania for structural timber and manufacturing.
Every supplier operates within EU standards and regulations.
What certifications do Nexa Modular Solutions materials carry?
Two key independent certifications at the building level: Passivhaus Component certification (energy and structural performance verified by the Passivhaus Institut in Darmstadt, Germany) and EPD, Environmental Product Declaration (full lifecycle environmental impact, independently audited).
Additionally, our wood materials carry FSC and PEFC chain-of-custody certification where applicable, proving the timber comes from sustainably managed forests.
Understand what Passivhaus certification requires.
THE SUSTAINABILITY
Is wood construction really better than concrete or steel?
It’s not even close. Timber is the only structural building material that absorbs CO2 as it grows. BIOBUILDS’ EPD proves our homes are carbon-negative: the carbon stored in the timber exceeds all emissions from manufacturing, transport, and construction combined.
Cement production alone accounts for 8% of global CO2 emissions. Steel requires extreme energy to produce. Wood is incredibly more sustainable, more efficient, healthier for occupants, and grows back. It’s better by every measure.

What are FSC and PEFC certification and why do they matter?
FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) are independent standards that guarantee timber comes from sustainably managed forests: forests that are replanted, biodiversity-protected, and regularly audited.
BIOBUILDS’ wood materials carry these certifications where applicable, ensuring your home did not contribute to deforestation. These are material-level certifications, meaning they apply to the individual wood products that go into each module.
