What are Nexa Modular Solutions houses made of?
Our modular homes are built around a heavy-duty galvanized steel structural system, combined with high-performance insulation, protective building membranes, glazing and carefully selected interior and exterior finishes. Each layer works as part of an integrated building system designed for durability, comfort and controlled factory production.
Where do Nexa Modular Solutions materials come from?
Most of the materials used in our modular homes are sourced locally in Turkey, supporting a more efficient and closely coordinated supply chain. Where specific technical requirements call for it, selected components may be sourced from specialized suppliers. All materials are chosen according to the performance, durability and quality requirements of the building system.
How are materials selected for each modular home?
Materials are selected according to their role within the complete building system, considering structural performance, insulation, moisture management, durability, maintenance and interior comfort. Rather than relying on a single material, we combine different components where they perform best and integrate them through a controlled production process.

How does modular construction reduce material waste?
