What's NOT in your home
01
Manufacture
~10 days
Frame assembly, insulation, MEP installation, windows, interior finishing, and blower door testing. Everything happens in a climate-controlled factory, in parallel, not sequentially.
02
Transport
2-5 days
Finished modules are loaded and delivered EU-wide. Production is aligned with your land preparation and authorization timeline. No client has ever waited with a prepared foundation.
03
Deliver
1-3 days
Modules are positioned on the prepared foundation and connected. Utility hookups and final sealing. Your home is structurally complete and weathertight in days, not months.
PRECISION
Built in a factory. Not improvised on your land.
8 out of 10 construction projects go overtime and overbudget. Up to 30% of materials go to waste on site. We moved the entire process into a controlled environment and eliminated every variable we can control.

Variable
Fully prefabricated.
Walls, floors, roof, insulation, windows, electrical, plumbing, interior finishing. Everything leaves the factory complete. On-site work is limited to connection and hookup.
Fully controlled. Every single day.
Every module is built inside a climate-controlled factory. No rain damage, no frost delays, no humidity warping.
The quote is the cost.
Fixed price. The module leaves the factory at the price you were quoted. No scope creep, no change orders, no surprises.
Certifications that matter.

THE PROCESS
How long does it take to build a Nexa Modular Solutions modular home?
3 weeks to move-in. 98% of the house is completed in the factory, with the remaining 1-2% finished on site depending on size. Compare that to 9-18 months for traditional construction.
Because nearly everything happens in a controlled factory environment, there are no delays, no seasonal stoppages, and no coordination chaos between subcontractors.
What does "prefabricated" actually mean for a home?
The entire home, walls, floors, roof, insulation, windows, electrical conduits, and plumbing channels, is built in our factory using lean manufacturing methods and years of refined processes.
Modules arrive on-site fully finished, airtight, and ready to live in. On-site work is limited to foundation connection, module joining, and final utility hookups.
Is a prefab home as strong as a traditionally built home?
Stronger. Factory-controlled conditions mean exact tolerances, zero weather damage during construction, and consistent quality across every joint. BIOBUILDS uses a 35 cm volumetric timber-frame module that destroys thermal bridges by design.
It’s not a wall sandwich; it’s an entire structural volume engineered as a single unit. The structural integrity is way above the average house, with an expected lifespan of 80+ years.

THE ADVANTAGES
Why is factory building better than on-site construction?
Quality control (every joint inspected before shipping), speed (3 weeks vs. 9-18 months), waste reduction (factory offcuts recycled instead of sent to landfill), and weather independence (production continues rain or shine, 365 days/year). Lean production means fewer errors, less waste, and a finished product that arrives on your land already airtight and tested.
Can a modular home be placed on any foundation?
BIOBUILDS homes are very flexible when it comes to foundations. They work with concrete slabs, strip foundations, ground screws, or raised pillars, as long as there is a proper thermal separation layer (like steel beams or an insulated foundation) to maintain the energy envelope.
Ground screws and pillar foundations are especially popular because the home doesn’t even need to touch the ground directly, which improves efficiency and simplifies installation.
